Marquee Wedding Co-ordination Package
This package provides a two day co-ordination service for couples who have chosen a marquee wedding rather than a wedding in a hotel.
This service is concerned with overseeing the set-up of the marquee the day before the wedding, and providing event management on the wedding day itself. It also includes a consultation of up to two hours prior to the wedding day, with the couple, to go through the set-up, the running of the day and to get all the contact details that we may need.
On the day of the wedding we would be there from the start to make sure all of the suppliers have arrived and are doing what you want them to do, and will remain at the marquee until the evenings entertainment commences.
As the wedding would usually take place at your home, there will be many friends and family on hand to offer help with setting up, however we feel that in order for you to really relax and enjoy your day it is vital that a professional wedding co-ordinator is also there to ensure everything runs smoothly and is managed professionally. Whilst people are more than willing to help out on the day, you want your guests to enjoy your wedding as well, so we take the pressure of them and you by being there.
Available as an additional package, we would also be happy to meet with you at the very beginning of your planning stages to recommend any suppliers that we have worked with for marquee weddings and even liaise with them on your behalf – this could include the marquee supplier, caterer, furniture hire, florist, photographer etc. We can even assist you if you want suggestions as to where to hold a marquee wedding.
CT Weddings can also provide a décor service and discounts will be available to all wedding couples if chosen alongside the marquee wedding co-ordination package.
